General task description:
80% of communications of a client relationship department relied on email exchanges between managers and customers. In 10 % of such contacts, a client would start a dialogue while the remaining cases would always be initiated by an employee who would always use a branded email template to reach out.
For this, every team member would need to manually choose between more than 300 email templates to contact more than 100 customers daily.
Implementation result:
The Webbee Limited team designed and implemented a unique template catalogue which allows the distribution of emails logically and visually saving time and sanity of employees.
The catalogue can only be applied to self-hosted editions of Bitrix24.
