Number Porting

It's really easy to transfer your phone numbers from your current service provider to Webbee VoIP. After you port your phone numbers to Webbee VoIP, we will become your service provider and will bill you for those phone numbers.

Port an existing number service is available:

Local Number Port: $15 +GST per number
TollFree Number Port: $25 +GST per number
International Number Port: POA (Typically $25+ per number)

Emergency services - 111 dialling porting

You acknowledge and understand that if there is a service outage for ANY reason, such outage will prevent ALL Service, including 111 dialling. Webbee strongly recommends that you keep another form of a telephone (mobile or landline) to use during those periods when the service is not available. You acknowledge and understand that Webbee 's liability is limited for any Service outage and/or inability to dial 111 from your line or to access emergency service personnel.

General Technical settings

Customers with their own SIP-enabled phone, gateway or PBX are free to use this to connect to Webbee's service. The device must be SIP v2 compatible. Refer to the settings below for a guide to how you should configure your device to connect to the Webbee VoIP service.

Firewall Rules	Allow all traffic from 103.212.52.50 (UDP portrange 1024-50000, TCP port 5060 and 5061)
