General features:
- The employee cannot see the leave schedule of his colleagues if he is not a manager and is higher in the hierarchy.
- Maintain the status of all user requests.
- When a user creates a holiday request, the manager responsible receives an email and a new request notification.
- Only working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and blackout days) are taken into account when calculating leave days.
- The module does not allow you to take more days than are available. Only negative leave can be requested, which must be approved by a manager.
- When a user has submitted a leave request, the available days are automatically deducted if the request is rejected and the days are returned to the available days.
- On the last day of the fiscal year, the module checks the balance of the annual leave for the number of unused days and transfers them to the available leave "annual leave" of the next fiscal year.
- The module does not allow the user to take 2 leaves at the same time for the period already agreed.
- The user cannot cancel a holiday already taken, he can only modify it.
- It is possible to cancel a request for leave that has been submitted but not yet agreed upon.
- Employees must have completed X months probationary period before they can take annual leave and other leave. Only sick leave can be taken from the start of employment.
- Half-day leave is available.
- Users are grouped using Bitrix24.
- Holidays and weekends are recorded using standard Bitrix tools.
- Holiday settings can be changed by the administrator
- HR role user can request leave on behalf of a user.
