General task description:
Leads contain customer information that should be offered to several business partners at a certain stage of a lead lifecycle. Partners are assigned manually by lead managers in designated fields in any number up to 5.
When a lead reaches a trigger point (certain stage, certain date, certain field are filled with information), the system should automatically choose an email template (the decision is based on analysis of fields and lead conditions) and inform the beforementioned partners about the business opportunities.
Implementation result:
1. Workflow launch trigger is deployed on a certain lead pipeline stage with a set of conditions on whether different leads should be affected or not.
2. Once launched, a business process then reads the beforementioned email addresses of potential partners of this lead and validates whether they follow email mask standards.
3. The business process decides which email template should be sent to which partner and send email messages to all partners validated in the previous step.
4. Finally, the business process reports a validation and sends a log to the Lead responsible managers, marking the Lead as processed.
