General task description:
Sales and Operations teams are sharing Leads and Deals and update them with relevant information on a daily basis. Often a card can contain several updates posted by multiple team members. Lead and Deal comments are considered the best option to log such updates. However, when it comes to reporting, team leaders and further management miss all this valuable information because neither default reports or business processes can handle and process these comments.

The Webbee Limited team designed and implemented a unique report template which allows processing and presenting all notes left in Lead and Deal cards along with other necessary fields or indexes.
The solution can only be applied to self-hosted editions of Bitrix24.
