Support from Bitrix24 Partners
Support from Bitrix24 Partners is available on all Bitrix24 plans. However, please note that if you activate partner support, Bitrix24 official support will be unavailable. You can switch back to Bitrix24 support at any time if needed.
Steps to Activate Partner Support:
1. Choose a Partner: Visit the Bitrix24 website to select a partner or leave a request, and Bitrix24 will find a partner for you.
2. Sign a Support Contract: Enter into a support contract with your chosen partner.
3. Get a Code: Obtain a unique activation code from your partner.
4. Activate the Code: Go to the Subscription section, select Support24, insert the code, and click Activate.
5. Send a Question: Once activated, you can send your questions to the support team.
Note: Only the Bitrix24 administrator can connect partner support.
To ask a question, click "Send message." A chat with support will open, and the chat name will be highlighted in blue with an icon to help you quickly locate it in your chat list.
How to Change the Support Type
You can switch between different partner supports or return to Bitrix24 official support at any time.
Connecting Support from WEBBEE Bitrix24 Gold Partner:
1. Sign a New Contract: Enter a support contract with Webbee .
2. Disable Current Partner Support: Go to the Subscription section, select Support24, and click "Disable support from a partner."
3. Activate New Partner Code: Insert the new code from Webbee (07821d0b7d082acbd0150253efe0f915).
The support chat will remain the same, but the new partner will handle your queries. The history of correspondence with all partners will be saved.
Connecting Bitrix24 Official Support:
1. Disable Partner Support: Go to the Subscription section, select Support24, and click "Disable support from a partner."
2. Enable Bitrix24 Support: Bitrix24 support will be enabled automatically after disabling partner support.
